Ishara Fernando

With over 10 years' experience in Social Impact and the Not-for-profit sector, Ishara uses her strengths and experience in project and operations management, social impact and leadership to build a more equal, just and inclusive world. Ishara has worked for startup/small social enterprises and in the corporate world, plus she has board leadership experience in charity foundations.

Outside of work, she volunteers to alleviate poverty in developing countries, specifically Sri Lanka and Eswatini, Africa. She loves getting outdoors in nature on walks, hikes and bike rides. You’ll find her walking her spoodle Lucy with her husband Justin along creek trails or forest trails.
