Kudzai Mhishi

Kudzai joined BlueRock in 2021 as an Associate Director of our Accounting division. Because of his diverse history in financial services and entrepreneurial businesses, Kudzai has a pretty impressive understanding of how the mechanics of a business can be maneuvered for optimal performance. As if this wasn’t impressive enough, Kudzai also works with businesses to provide tax advice, design performance metrics, and advise on complex employee remuneration plans through Employee Share Option Plans (ESOP) and Employee Share Schemes (ESS).

However, this self-confessed unconventionally, conventional guy challenges the status quo by proving that accountants aren’t just analytical. In fact, in his spare time, you can find Kudzai using his creative brain to create various forms of abstract art.
